The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS)
We are part of this nationwide scheme designed to drive “cowboys” out of the private rented sector. The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) ensures that agents comply with agreed management standards and have in place professional indemnity and a clients’ money protection scheme. NALS has established best service standards for its members, who, in exchange, are entitled to use the NALS logo in their marketing to give landlords and tenants visible assurance of quality service.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
Current legislation states that all deposits taken must be safeguarded. We are a member of the Tenancy Deposits Scheme. This means that to make life easier we can, if instructed, hold the deposit for you under the terms of the scheme. This assures both landlord and tenant that the deposit monies are safe.
Referencing
To help both landlord and tenant we use a one-stop referencing service to take up the references of the proposed tenant. This includes a credit search, employers and personal references together with previous landlord’s references.
Flexible Service
To give options to our clients we can offer a non-managed service or a fully managed service. We will advise which level of service will be appropriate for your needs.
