We receive and input any information you enter on our website, or give us in any other way, for example over the phone or by email, via Rightmove/Zoopla or provided by you when giving us feedback. We use your contact details to only communicate with you. We may contact you by post, email, telephone for these purposes. Registration of Personal Data

When you register with us you provide your name, address, email address and other contact details and these will be the details held by ourselves. We will give you the opportunity to agree to receiving further property matching, but we never send general marketing material unless agreed by the individual. We will always contact you for feedback by your preferred choice of contact. We only require proof of Identification from our vendor clients when they put their property on the market with ourselves and from buyers when they have an offer accepted on a property. This personal information is in line with current money laundering regulations.

Place of Processing

The personal information held by us is held on and processed by computers situated in the United Kingdom.


We have security measures in place to protect our customers database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, there are always risks of providing information online and we cannot take responsibility for any breach of security.

All information we receive is confidential, but we do are required to retain certain information for six years in accordance with HMRC and TPO regulations.
